Pet Policy

Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets including service and ESA animals, prior to final application approval. The cost of pet screening is $30 per animal. Completion of the pet profile does not guarantee approval of your animal. Breed restrictions apply.

Your pet fees and deposit will be determined once the pet screening profile has been completed.
