LOOVED my time here!

We lived here for approx. 4 months, due to a job transfer out of state, we had to leave. The Alison and Lisa were courteous, professional and accommodating, made it really feel like home. I will miss them I will think of Alison whenever I drive my mini cooper with the top down :)!

Maintenance

Casto is the best!!! I’ve had issues with my patio door since I moved in, and it hadn’t been properly and permanently fixed until Casto was assigned to address it. He’s incredible.

Great Place to call home!

I love living here. I have lived here for a very long time and am now retired. I love the staff and the maintenance team they are all very friendly. I wouldn't think of moving ever!

Great Community to call home

Mequon Trail is top notch all the way. We loved living here with our family and the dogs while we built our future home. The staff is excellent and we have made many friends on our court.

Still Extremely Satisfied

This is my second review of Mequon Trails, as I submitted a very positive review when I moved here approximately a year ago. Since then I'm even more impressed with Mequon Trails, the "neighborhood" it creates in its small book within Mequon and its staff. As a former prosecutor, I'm vigilant about my surroundings and this is one of the quietest rental communities I've ever lived in...it's more reminiscent of my fond memories as a homeowner in a sleepy portion of Bay View than any of the times I've rented. Moreover, every member of the staff here has been pleasant, professional and attentive every time I've dealt with them. Three times now I've asked maintenance to stop by to assist me with issues I've created and each time the work has been performed in a timely - and cheerful -manner. Twice now I've had the pleasure of having Dan from the maintenance staff perform the work and I actually look forward to his arrival - he's fun to talk to and has become more of a friend than an employee at Mequon Trails. So yes, I'd still wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for a quiet, safe and pleasant neighborhood to live in check Mequon Trails out before visiting elsewhere. Mark P. Dooley

Great Staff!

We couldn’t be happier living at Mequon Trail! The maintenance staff has always been extremely prompt with repairs & we love the pool! It’s a great community to live in and is located in a great location.

I updated the review for the maintenance of the leak after Dan came and fixed it. My previous review still is relevant to the how things were initially addressed, as well as the bathtub squeek still needs to be fixed.

A neighborhood, not an apartment complex.

Have lived in Mequon Trail for nearly 9 years. The location is great for all shopping needs, but has an "open" feel. The maintenance staff are exceptional as well as the office staff. I would highly recommend Mequon Trail as a great alternative to apartment complexes.

Happy

Continue to be a resident of Mequon Trail Townhomes for the past 3 years, and both my wife and I love it. The staff and Maintenance people are always very friendly and professional. I love the prompt attention from your maintenance employees when something needs repair. Highly recommended.
