Monthly costs
In addition to rent, you will have the following monthly bills:
Utility Bill (sewer usage and trash/recycling pick-up)
WE Energies electricity and gas bill
Spectrum Internet bill (optional)
Renter's Insurance
Proof of Renter's Insurance that contains at least $300,000 in liability coverage will be required prior to application approval.

As a resident you are responsible for any damage you cause to your unit. Think about the expense if you caused damage from fire, smoke, water or explosion to your unit and the units surrounding you. Credit/Debit Card Fees
Credit Card payments will be charged a fee of 2.5% of the total amount charged ($2.50 per $100).
Debit Card payments are charged a flat fee according to the following schedule
